Lindford and Liphook Walk

The Lindford and Liphook Walk boasts beautiful views of the countryside. There is a sparkling, blue lake that rests along this path and can be explored on this adventure in the South Downs National Park. This 11.9 km walk takes you along a leg of Shipwrights’ Way, a long-distance route that links villages and towns sprawled across the countryside in east Hampshire.

Route Description for Lindford and Liphook Walk
The Lindford and Liphook Walk takes you through the countryside of South Downs National Park. Explore the path that houses beautiful views and a gorgeous lake that, on a hot day, you can take a break and take a dip in the cool waters. As you continue to wander along the trail, keep an eye out for wildlife along this path. Setting out from your car, you’ll follow Hollywater Road before turning right on Walldown Road. Shortly after you enter South Downs NP, the path swerves, taking you onto Shipwrights’ Way. Follow this path until veering left to meet up with Woolmer Range Perimeter Track. Eventually, you’ll go right to head towards Liphook! This is a one-way walk, so you will begin near Hollywater and end in Liphook.
Getting to the Lindford and Liphook Walk Trailhead
To get to the Lindford and Liphook Walk from Bordon, head south on Essex Road and turn right to stay on Essex Road. Turn left onto Lamerton Road and turn left onto Budds Lane and turn left onto Camp Road. Turn right onto Lindford Road/B3002 and continue onto Liphook Road/B3004, and in 0.3 km, you will arrive at your destination.
