The Soda Springs and Parsons Lodge Trail is a lovely adventure in Yosemite that exhibits wonderful views of the granite peaks that adorn the landscape. Along the trail, you will wander through Tuolumne Meadows to the Parsons Memorial Lodge and Soda Springs, a carbonated cold spring bubbling from the terrain. The exposed path delivers epic views, but is also subject to hot conditions, so wear sun protection in the summer months! Additionally, we recommended you park at the Tuolumne Meadows Visitors Center and walk across Tioga Pass Road to the trailhead. Note: the National Park charged an entrance fee; refer to the
NPS website for the season-specific pricing guide.

As you hike, you will be granted lovely views of Lembert Dome in the east as it looms above the lush meadows. Soon the path will pass over Unicorn Creek and Tuolumne River. Admire the picture-perfect river and you will soon be confronted with an intersection. Here, you will hook onto the Pacific Crest National Scenic Trail, before diverting south along the Lodge Access Trail.

This path will deliver you to Parsons Memorial Lodge and the Soda Springs. Take some time to explore the terrain and revel in the encompassing scenery. When you are ready, retrace your footing along the path all the way back to the trailhead.
