Route Description for Ladyburn Lake Circular Walk
For those adventurers who prefer a more relaxing journey through the Northumberland countryside, or those who plan on getting outside with their family, the Ladyburn Lake Circular Walk is an excellent route that will provide scenic views without much required effort.
Setting out from the car park, you will head to the northwest past the visitor centre, where you will quickly arrive at the water’s edge. From here, you will follow along the shores of Ladyburn Lake, enjoying the scenic views across the surface of the water as you pass through some intermittent stretches of forest.
After rounding the northwest tip of the lake, you will continue along its eastern shore to enjoy the opposite perspective of the water and surrounding forests. Eventually, you will arrive back at the car park where you began your adventure along the Ladyburn Lake Circular Walk.

The trailhead for the Ladyburn Lake Circular Walk can be found at the car park next to the Druridge Bay Country Park Visitor Centre.
