Route Description for Bridgewater Monument North Trail
The Bridgewater Monument North Trail in the Chilterns unveils stunning views while only forcing you to take on a few isolated climbs. Be prepared for the last ascent of the hike—that one is definitely the toughest of this loop. Setting out from the car park, the walk takes you past the Bridgewater Monument. Spend some time taking pictures before moving on! Shortly after the monument, you’ll veer onto Duncombe Ter to pass through some trees before entering fields. Continue looping around through a mix of scenery before the steep climb at the end. This area has poor cell reception, so it may be helpful to download an offline map before you go to ensure you follow the correct route!
